    Shaders Tutorial
Step One - Acquire the files
    Forge Installer
    Local
    | Mirror

    Shaders mod
    Local
    | Mirror

    SUES Shaders 10.1
    Local | Mirror

    OptiFine (Optional)
    Local | Mirror

    Step Two - Installation

You will be working from your %appdata%/.minecraft directory. You should know how to get there.
    1. Run the forge-1.7.2-xxxxx-installer.jar with the Client option
      • Double Click, or Right Click > Open With - Java
    2. Move ShadersModCore-xxxxxxx.jar into .minecraft/mods
      • You can create the mods directory if it's not there
    3. Move SEUS_xxxx.zip into .minecraft/shaderpacks
      • You can create the shaderpacks directory if it's not there
    4. (optional) Move OptiFine_xxx.jar into .minecraft/mods
Step 3 - Test and Play

Forge should have created a new user profile in your Minecraft client. Use this for your shaders.

That's all, you should be good to go. I know how to fix some of the basic problems, report your issues here and I'll try to help. Otherwise, many of the problems arise because of incompatible graphics cards - usually Intel based integrated chipsets.

Please note that all of the files are in alpha or beta phases, use at your own risk.

    Mini-Map Tutorial
Step One - Acquire The Files
Barons of Bullshit officially supports Zans mini-map. It is easier to load and use in-game than Reis.

    Forge Installer
    Local
    | Mirror

    MamiyaOtaru's VoxelMap / (old) Zans Mini-map
    Local
    | Mirror

    Step Two - Installation

You will be working from your %appdata%/.minecraft directory. You should know how to get there.
    1. Run the forge-1.7.2-xxxxx-installer.jar with the Client option
      • Double Click, or Right Click > Open With - Java
    2. Move voxelmap-xxxxx.jar into .minecraft/mods
      • You can create the mods directory if it's not there
Step 3 - Test and Play

Forge should have created a new user profile in your Minecraft client. Use this for your shaders.
    • Hit the "M" key to bring up the map options. You will see a familiar Minecraft settings menu layout.

Nope, they are different. One is the core mod and one is the actual shaders package.
